I needed a replacement battery for an old Motorola phone really fast, so the bad news was that it took more than a week. The good news is that I got what I ordered. Maybe you should make it clear from the start (not only later when tracing) that it is sent from overseas, so your customers would not worry about the delay. This said, I'm happy about your service.

The battery looks compatible, I haven't charged it yet, though, but trust it will work fine. The reason: meanwhile I found the mini-usb charger was defect. I couldn't find one here, but managed to fix it. Otherwise you'd have got a second order!
